Our Case-Solving Events - What can you expect?
- A senior manager presents a real-life case from his company. (30 minutes)
- You discuss the case in a small group and come up with a solution in a fun, but competitive work environment under time pressure. (40-60 minutes)
- Your time to shine – Students will have the chance to discuss and present their findings to the partner and have the opportunity to impress for possible internships, working student jobs or full-time jobs! (40-50 minutes)

How can I sign up with you?
Take the first step towards your career in the HR sector by simply pressing the button below the FAQ to contact us. After filling out the form and completing the application process. Please make sure to also specify which events you would like to visit. You can sign up for multiple events at once if you wish to and our internal team will select the candidates which seem most appropriate. Afterwards, you will be granted access to our professional learning platform sponsored by Cornerstone OnDemand where you will be able to access our events.
What are your events for?
If you can identify yourself as an intrinsically motivated student ready to go beyond your regular studies, you will have the chance within our events to gain industry insights on various topics, work in small groups of students on exciting real-life cases, network and enjoy a great time with other international students, and receive feedback afterwards by our HR-specialists.
If you perform well, this will make a good impression and highly increases your chance for a recommendation for internships or student jobs – a real benefit within your career path.
Is there a fee for the program?
Our HR events are not chargeable for students due to the financial support and cooperation within our company network and our exclusive partnership with CLEVIS Consult GmbH.
Careers Centraal’s mission is to support ambitious students and bring them to the next level in their career, regardless of income and education level.
The only thing you need to bring with you is a high motivation to learn new things and your communication skills to exchange ideas in a team and help other students.
How much time do I have to bring with me?
For our HR events, you should set aside 2-3 hours per event to learn the concepts, work in the team on exciting cases and to have enough time for feedback and discussion.
The exact times will be communicated to you in advance by our team and guest speakers. We expect our students to adapt to these times and to be present. If this is not possible for personal reasons – don’t worry, you can cancel your participation within 48 hours of advance giving a valid reason. However, be aware that your absence could negatively impact your team performance in the cases and should therefore be avoided.
